At www.jimcorbettvisit.com, we strive to provide the best travel experience possible. However, due to the nature of wildlife safari permits and forest department rules, certain bookings are non-refundable. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

• All Jeep Safari bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  This is as per the guidelines set by the Corbett Tiger Reserve Forest Department.
   
• Once a safari permit is issued, no changes, modifications, or cancellations are allowed.
   
• The safari permit is non-transferable and linked to the visitor’s government ID.
   

• Cancellation charges for hotels and resorts vary as per the property’s individual policy.
   
• In general, the following policy applies unless otherwise specified:
   
  • Before 15 Days: 80% Refund
     
  • 7–14 Days Before Check-in: 50% Refund
     
  • Less Than 7 Days or No Show: No Refund
     

• For tour packages involving hotel stay, safari, transport, and meals:
   
  • 30 Days Before Travel Date: 90% Refund
     
  • 15–29 Days: 50% Refund
     
  • Less Than 15 Days: No Refund
     
• Safari charges within any package are non-refundable under any condition.
   

No refunds will be issued in case of:

• Natural disasters, floods, or adverse weather conditions
   
• Changes in forest authority rules or last-minute zone closures
   
• Government restrictions or pandemic-related shutdowns
   
• Delays or issues beyond our control
   

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
   
• Processing fees, taxes, or transaction charges are non-refundable.
