• Jeep Safari zone allotment is controlled by the Corbett Tiger Reserve Authority, not by us. Requests for specific zones are accepted but not guaranteed.
   

• Entry to Jim Corbett National Park is permitted only with a valid permit.
   
• Safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable as per government norms.
   
• Visitors must carry original ID proofs used during booking while entering the park.
   
• Any misbehavior or violation of park rules will result in cancellation of the safari without refund.
   

• All prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   
• Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment failures or gateway issues.
   

• Jeep Safari bookings once confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded, as per forest department rules.
   
• Tour packages and hotel bookings may be canceled as per the terms mentioned in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
   

• Travelers are expected to arrive on time for their safari and carry all required documents.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or changes in forest policies.
   
• Wildlife sightings are based on luck and nature; sightings are not guaranteed.
